Role Overview

This part-time position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of properties, working closely with owners and tenants to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining rental arrears, organising repairs and maintenance work orders, and liaising with various stakeholders.

  • Managing a portfolio of 145 properties
  • Liaising with owners and tenants to resolve any issues
  • Organising repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Industry experience and a passion for property management
  • A current Agent's Representative certificate or Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
