Job Title: Routines and Leasing Officer

We're looking for a detail-oriented Routines & Leasing Officer to join our high-performing property management team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service to tenants and owners while supporting the smooth operation of a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct routine property inspections.
  • Manage leasing processes, including advertising vacancies, conducting viewings, processing applications, and preparing tenancy agreements.
  • Liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, leases, renewals, and correspondence.
  • Support property managers in day-to-day operations, helping to deliver a seamless property management experience.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's high standards of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in property management or leasing is highly desirable.
  • QLD Real Estate registration is a must.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding service to tenants and owners alike.
