This pivotal role drives impactful student outcomes and strengthens connections with Aboriginal Community.
Working from a strong cultural base, this position oversees the delivery of culturally safe spaces providing mentorship and initiatives to build lifelong learning capabilities.
This coordination role leads a small, high-performing team to design and implement student support programs guiding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners through key milestones across their education journey and beyond.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster culturally safe and welcoming spaces, promoting belonging, mentoring and student engagement.
- Support students through key educational milestones and transitions, providing guidance, resources and culturally responsive initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice and input to leadership on matters relating to Aboriginal education, support and community engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate student support programs, ensuring alignment with values, policies and reconciliation commitments.
This designated role is for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants in line with the commitment to reconciliation, self-determination and improving educational outcomes for First Peoples.

About This Role
This coordination role requires a deep understanding of Aboriginal cultures and experiences. The successful applicant will be able to design and implement student support programs that meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners.
