The part-time Workplace Concierge will provide exceptional workplace experiences onsite with a banking client.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage front-of-house operations as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors.
- Oversight of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
- Implement and drive client engagement strategies and operational experience initiatives.
- Coordinate and support events, activations, and site tours.
- Enhance workplace culture and employee engagement through effective internal communications.
- Interface with various stakeholders, including service partners and occupants, addressing concerns and maintaining health and safety standards.
- A motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation.
- A proactive team player with keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
