About the Role

*Please note, visa sponsorship is not available with this position.*
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section.
* Work under the guidance of the senior Chefs.
* Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
* Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
* Assist in training junior kitchen staff.
* Manage stock levels and minimize waste.

About You

* Experience in a similar role within events or a premium restaurant is essential.
* Ability and experience in working specific sections within the Brigade.
* A passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence.
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or lengthy tenure in chef role).
* Food Handling Supervisor certificate.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
