About the Role

The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, engaging with customers and colleagues alike. They will have strong front-end and back-end skills, decision-making abilities and leadership qualities.

About You

You are someone who's capable of leading cross-functional teams, developing APIs, deciding on tech stacks and mentoring others. In-person presence is desired at least 2 days a week to foster a good culture at work.

  • Develop APIs to support the product roadmap.
  • Decide on the tech stack for the project.
  • Lead a team of Engineers and QAs as a technical leader.

Responsibilities

The role involves reporting directly into the CTO, providing coaching and mentoring to the team, and contributing to the company's growth and stability.
