Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Integration Manager to lead and mentor our implementation team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have at least four years of experience managing direct reports, preferably within technical consulting, project management, or implementation roles.

About the Role
  • Lead, Coach & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, helping them excel at solution design, technical integrations, and client communication.
  • Drive Integration Success: Act as a sparring partner and escalation point for complex projects, ensuring merchants integrate quickly and effectively.
  • Scale & Innovate: Use data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and refine tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate Across Regions: Work closely with global teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet each merchant's needs.
Requirements
  • Seasoned Leader: You have at least four years of experience managing direct reports, preferably within technical consulting, project management, or implementation roles.
  • Customer-Centric: You're adept at understanding business objectives and translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Technical & Consultative: You're comfortable discussing APIs, architecture, and system design, while also communicating seamlessly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven & Adaptable: You leverage data to make informed decisions, implementing the right tools and processes to ensure operational success.
