Technical Services Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving the design and engineering services that underpin our business.

  • Lead a team of approximately 5 direct reports across areas including Engineering Services, Asset Management, Integrated Logistics Support and Logistics Engineering, SIMS and software management
  • Provide technical services including feasibility studies, and system integration.
  • Evaluate design alternatives, associated risks and trade-offs
  • Report on engineering design and integration performance and compliance in accordance with Defence Seaworthiness requirements as applicable to design
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering discipline
  • Professional certifications/Eligibility for Fellow membership with IEAust
  • Significant experience in high value complex projects with at least 5 years' experience in a senior role
  • Demonstrated performance in developing strong, outcome focused multidiscipline teams
  • A high degree of stakeholder management both internally and externally is essential
