As a Co-Caretaker/Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our property. This involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness, participating in co-caretaking duties, and supporting the overall maintenance of the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in co-caretaking duties and ensure the property is well-maintained.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the property.
  • Complete cleaning tasks on time and within allocated hours.
  • Clean using provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with staff members, clients, and contractors.
  • May be required to inspect and quality-check cleaning in other rooms.
  • Respond to after-hours calls due to emergencies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Good physical fitness for hands-on tasks.
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage but not essential.
  • Motivated, reliable, able to take direction, and committed to continuous improvement.
