Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Governance and Performance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving our governance, risk management, planning, and performance reporting frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of governance, risk management, planning, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance, committee operations, delegations, and decision-making frameworks
  • Oversee the enterprise risk management framework and fraud prevention activities
  • Drive the development and delivery of operational planning frameworks
  • Support facilitation of executive and business engagement in planning and prioritisation activities
  • Oversee the development and application of performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cycles
  • Manage the integration of governance, risk, planning, and performance data into reporting dashboards
  • Oversee committee and secretariat functions
  • Coordinate responses to internal and external audit matters
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan
  • Foster a culture of integrity, risk awareness, and performance accountability
  • Lead and support staff, building a high-performing team
