Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in the cruise industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for navigating sales targets, customer service, and product information.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring KPIs are met
  • Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and achieving sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
