The role involves:

- Crafting personalized cruise holiday itineraries
- Booking pre and post-accommodation in line with cruise schedules
- Utilizing a Global Distribution System (GDS) to make reservations
- Working towards performance targets
- Collaborating with a team to achieve shared goals

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in the travel industry is essential
- In-depth knowledge of GDS systems, including Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo
- Ability to work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong capacity to research information through suppliers and online platforms
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- A professional and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
