As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end content production processes, including brief creation, creative reviews, content build, scheduling, and removal of expired content. Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert and primary user of the Content Management System (CMS), optimising its use to improve efficiency and content quality. Additionally, you will ensure all online content complies with brand, creative, and accessibility standards at each stage of production.
Requirements for success in this role include demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams, and proven technical capabilities to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms. Strong working knowledge of Excel is also required, with the ability to confidently manage spreadsheets and support day-to-day operations.
A key aspect of this role is flexibility in hours worked, with minimal weekend work required. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
