As a Mortgage Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your position involves working closely with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs, guiding them through the lending journey and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a pipeline of lending leads and fostering relationships throughout the buying process using our CRM
  • Guiding customers through the mortgage application process, ensuring they feel supported and confident in achieving their goals
  • Leveraging your credit analysis expertise to ensure positive lending outcomes and future-proofing customers for financial success
  • Fostering strong connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales
  • A high level of understanding of mortgage products, policies, and regulations
  • The ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills
  • An understanding of small business offerings and consumer lending experience
