As a mortgage broker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Developing a client pipeline through proactive relationship-building
  • Supporting customers throughout their lending process, offering expert guidance and advice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (with support available for those requiring instruction)
  • Experience in lending, sales, or customer service (although not essential)
  • A strong drive to establish and grow a thriving mortgage broking business
  • A genuine desire to assist Australians in achieving their property aspirations
