As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and guidance on mortgage financing options. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Conducting thorough consultations with clients to determine their financial goals and objectives
  • Researching and recommending mortgage financing options that meet client needs
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the mortgage finance industry. A Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if required) would be advantageous.
