Payroll Professional Opportunity

This exciting opportunity is for a Payroll Officer to join our payroll team on an initial contract.

About the Role

  • End-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll for 300+ employees
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include:
    • Processing payroll transactions accurately
    • Ensuring correct payments, including terminations and resignations
    • Reconciliations and payments of tax and superannuation liabilities
    • Month-end preparation and reporting of payroll metrics
    • Resolving any payroll-related queries or discrepancies
    • Providing support with ad-hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll management
  • Proficiency in using micrOpay payroll software
