Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

CHEP is the world's leading provider of pallet-based logistics solutions, with a global network of over 300 million pallets, crates and containers. Our organization employs more than 11,000 people and operates in over 55 countries.

This role will provide support to the Australian business with financial insights and analysis through performance reporting and forecasting. Based at our North Ryde office, this position reports directly to the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Australia.

  • Prepare and review month-end performance results, delivering quality and insightful commentary.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Develop improved metrics for reporting to senior management.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Provide critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different levels of management.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • FP&A experience within a large complex multinational business.
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
