Job Title: Team Leader - Customer Service
At the heart of our business is a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to lead our customer service team, shaping the way we deliver service and driving excellence in every interaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service leadership, with a proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve outstanding performance goals. They will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with their team and stakeholders alike.
The role requires a strategic thinker, who can drive change and improve processes to enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing customer service team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a frontline leadership position, preferably in the customer service industry.
- Qualifications in leadership and/or frontline management (Certificate III/Diploma of Management or relevant degree).
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, best practices, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make effective decisions under pressure.
