About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Specialist to lead the seamless delivery and ongoing maintenance of our finance systems.

This is a key role that involves working closely with both finance and technology teams, ensuring the smooth operation of critical month/year-end processes and system updates.

  • Facilitate month-end and year-end data rollovers, model refreshes, and data migrations, ensuring historical adjustments and policy shifts are traceable and auditable.
  • Serve as a bridge between finance and technology teams, resolving issues promptly during critical month/year-end processes and system updates.
  • Lead as a financial system SME in the discovery, design, and implementation of financial systems within transformation projects.

About You

  • Exceptional hands-on technical expertise in Oracle ERP and EPM, with a proven track record of successful system implementations.
  • Recent experience in system accounting, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning within large, complex organizations.
  • Extensive experience in reporting, data analytics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mastery of SQL queries and Oracle coding, with advanced data modelling skills and a solid understanding of integrations and data management. Experience with Oracle Visual Builder and IDR is advantageous.
  • Strong requirement gathering and change management skills, with experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • A hands-on, team-oriented attitude, willing to tackle any task to ensure team success.
