Clinical Practice Leader - Assistive Technology Specialist

Deliver clinical expertise to guide and empower occupational therapy teams through support, mentoring, and a commitment to high-quality care.

This key role involves providing leadership in assistive technology, supporting therapists across NSW through mentoring, consultation, and clinical guidance. It also promotes best practice in AT service delivery aligned with NDIS processes and prescription pathways.

The Clinical Practice Leader will maintain a clinical caseload to stay current and lead by example in AT practice, contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AT services, tools, and resources, and support skill development across the team by identifying training needs and delivering targeted education in AT.
