The PAM Security professional will provide expertise and guidance to clients for developing strategies and technical roadmaps for digital identity solutions. You will lead architecture and design workshops, be hands-on, and have the ability to lead a team implementing, configuring, and integrating identity suite products.

  1. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to privileged access management.
  2. Assess clients' existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities for digital identity integration.
  3. Design and architect PAM solutions tailored to meet clients' requirements.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams for successful implementation, configuration, and customization of PAM products.
  5. Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to educate them on PAM functionalities and best practices.
  6. Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance.
  7. Document project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
  8. Coordinate and validate artefacts related to audit queries and provide remediation for identified gaps.
  9. Support operations teams in incident management, problem management, applying security patches, defect fixes, vendor coordination, application onboarding, and operations management.
  10. Coach and mentor junior security consultants and develop team skills in selected vendor products.
