As a key member of the Atlam Group team, you will report directly to the QLD State Manager and work closely with the QLD Management Team. Your primary responsibility will be to build capability through coaching and supporting leaders in the safety processes and systems, as well as operational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Business Safety Goals: Collaborate with leaders to deliver business safety goals and ensure compliance with safety systems and processes.
- Developing Safety Strategies: Develop and recommend strategies and initiatives to further improve safety performance and maintain compliance with the InfraBuild Recycling Safety Management System.
- Evaluating Performance: Evaluate the performance of the safety management system and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitating Compliance: Facilitate the implementation of compliance with the Safety Management and Environmental Management Systems.
- Site Visits and Risk Management: Conduct site visits, manage risk, and investigate incidents to ensure a safe working environment.
