Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Team as a Customer Service Assistant.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced Retail environment where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's sales targets and operational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain visual standards of the store and our brands, ensuring that all merchandise is displayed attractively and effectively
  • Cash handling, EFTPOS, and balancing at the end of the shift, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Stock replenishment, stock take, and processing of stock deliveries, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled promptly

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles and cash handling
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets and store KPIs
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
