
Financial Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our finance and administration team, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
- Manage daily banking processes, identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies.
- Process accounts payable in a timely manner, allocate expenditure to specified budget accounts, and manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions with Credit Operations.
- Perform month-end duties in coordination with Credit Operations and Allianz Finance, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, compile debtor statements, and prepare related documentation and correspondence.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the finance team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting tools, and communication platforms.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage client expectations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and balance sheet reconciliation is highly desirable.
