Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced financial professional to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
  • We are seeking an individual with excellent technical knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality financial services.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for various duties, including payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end reporting, and providing support to the wider finance team.
  • We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll processing for 300+ employees
  • Payment of superannuation and tax liabilities
  • Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
  • Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • Month-end financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete various financial duties and tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar financial operations role with end-to-end payroll experience
  • Strong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principles and delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively
  • Honest, reliable, and dedicated professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
