Financial Operations Coordinator Role

About the Financial Operations Coordinator Role:

  • Manage financial software and work directly with our accountant to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Software Management: Proficient use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, process and manage General Ledger entries, daily bank and credit card reconciliations, general journal processing, accounts payable, monthly AP reconciliation, process invoices, credit notes for payment processing, liaison with branches regarding invoice queries, process credit card payments for minor invoices, clear unallocated payments, accounts receivable, process customer credit card payments, send payment reminders, clear unallocated payments, establish new AR accounts and manage trade references.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate company vehicle service bookings, maintain leave calendar for HR/accountant, assist accountant with ad hoc duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills, experience in customer service and accounts management, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
