
Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Australia-wide office team.
Key Responsibilities:- Progressive invoicing of sales throughout the month
- Monitoring and minimizing work in progress
- Timely preparation of reports
- Maintenance of financial systems and day-to-day administration functions within the finance department
- Entry of supplier invoices for approval
- Accurate and timely billing of clients on contracts, casuals, quotes, comprehensive, warranty, and field quote works
- Assistance in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as required
Requirements include excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills, as well as a high attention to detail, self-motivation, and enthusiasm. Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office is essential, with knowledge of Great Plains being highly regarded.
About this roleThis is a key position within the finance department, responsible for supporting the management of the billings function. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
