About this role:

As a skilled fraud examiner, you will play a critical role in examining the efficiency and security of our online payment platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing anti-fraud strategies: Create and improve methods to prevent fraudulent activities, recommend and implement new systems to detect and prevent emerging fraud trends.
  • Monitoring tools and systems: Regularly test and update tools to ensure they effectively protect the platform from fraudulent activities.
  • Player account management: Handle disputes, blacklist suspicious accounts, and monitor and investigate suspicious activities.
  • Communication with stakeholders: Provide reports to management, liaise with payment providers, and collaborate with other departments to share insights and address emerging threats.

Requirements for success:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection software and tools.
  • Understanding of financial transactions, payment methods, and tactics used by fraudsters.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in analytical roles or related fields.
  • Experience in fraud prevention, chargeback management, or a related field is an asset.
