**Job Summary**We are seeking a proactive and self-starting individual with high core values to provide optimal comfort to our valued clients.This role involves assisting clients in daily activities, areas of care determined by the needs of our clients, and approved community social outings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging personal needs
  • Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
  • Domestic assistance: light housework and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients who use personal equipment/aids - may include walking or standing frames, hoists and wheelchairs
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients
  • Reporting progress of clients
  • Social activities: transporting clients to their appointments, shopping and/or planned community social activity
About YouWe are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of Community Support care.Your expertise and experience will be measured during the interview process along with your professional references.Essential Criteria:
  • Cert III in Health Services Assistance, disabilities or similar
  • Driver's License
  • Reliable motor vehicle
  • Police Check
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
  • CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
  • Proven rights to work in Australia
