You will work closely with participants to ensure their individual needs are met.

Supporting people in their daily lives can be very rewarding.

Your day may include providing support with activities such as companionship, transport, shopping, meal preparation and domestic assistance.

An essential part of your role is contributing to continuous improvement of care provided.

To be successful in this role you will require

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or related fields (an advantage but not mandatory)
  • Manual handling training and high care experience desirable
  • Availability and willingness to use personal smartphone
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • A current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle
  • Satisfactory Police Records Check [less than 12 months old] and Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
