Disability Support Role

This role is designed to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and assisting with everyday tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care.

Additionally, the Disability Support Worker will be required to monitor and support participants' healthcare needs, including administering medication. They will also assist participants in accessing community facilities and being included in community groups.
