Lead Façade Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced façade engineer to lead our team in designing, analyzing, and detailing façade systems from concept through construction.

  • This role involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to bring visionary designs to life, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards in performance, safety, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the design and technical analysis of complex façade systems to ensure strict adherence to local codes and international standards, with a focus on safety and sustainability.
  • Pioneering advancements in materials and technologies to optimize for thermal performance, acoustics, and durability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align façade design with overall project vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • 4+ years of experience in façade engineering, with a portfolio of successful projects.
  • Expertise in façade systems and materials, including glass, aluminum, and stone.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools (Navisworks advantageous).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.
