2026 Graduate Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking talented, motivated and innovative graduates to join our dynamic team in Melbourne for 2026.

Job Description:

  • Undertake the design, engineering and documentation of building facades and build-ability consultancy including detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings and specifications.
  • Review contractor submissions, show drawings and calculations.
  • Facades engineering design and build-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the design/project team and other disciplines within our organization as required.
  • Build relationships with clients on projects and develop contacts within the industry.

Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering OR Bachelor of Design (Architecture).
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment is highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries is highly desired.
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
