Senior Interior Designers are sought after to spearhead the design and documentation of commercial fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeframe, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document commercial fit-out projects from concept to completion
  • Maintain open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Evaluate and select materials, finishes, and equipment to ensure they meet project specifications and standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or relevant field
  • Australian experience and knowledge of local building codes
  • Proficient in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD
  • Experience in commercial fit-outs, specifically workplace environments
  • Full Australian working rights
