Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled interior designer to join our team as a senior designer in commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing spaces that inspire and motivate people.

  • The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, from concept design to completion, developing space planning concepts and generating program documents.
  • Collaboration with design leadership and other team members is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture and at least 10 years of experience in commercial interiors. Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, as is knowledge of FF&E, furniture systems, and specifications.

  • You will also be responsible for providing project coordination, including managing budget/schedule reviews, selecting furniture systems, and ensuring compliance with design standards.
  • A strong understanding of design technology, including BIM, cloud-based markups, and clash detection, is essential for this role.
