About the Role:

Stowe Australia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage significant change initiatives across the business. This role will be responsible for executing communication strategies, managing internal communications platforms, and coordinating training programs to align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure effective rollout of business IT projects.
  • Oversee the management of Stowe's internal Intranet and Website as critical tools for internal communications and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with HR to develop and implement training programs that support change initiatives and organisational objectives.
  • Lead change management projects to ensure seamless implementation with minimal resistance.
  • Engage and align key stakeholders and leaders to facilitate buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of communication strategies and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including intranet, SharePoint, Websites, and learning management systems.
