  • Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including scoping, data exploration, model development, validation, and insight communication.
  • Oversee the technology stack that delivers the Analytics and Insights capability.
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and opportunities.
  • Lead a team of analysts and data storytellers; provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into analytical problems.
  • Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, timely, and compliant with governance, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with emerging analytics trends, tools, and technologies.
About You

Proven experience leading teams in complex environments.

Proficiency in data analysis, visualisation, and storytelling using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or SQL.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.

Proven record in developing high-performing teams and managing complex workloads.

Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles.

Negative Vetting Level 1 Defence security & ITAR clearance required.
