Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to spearhead our automotive businesses' marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of marketing specialists, including designers and social media coordinators, to develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Closely collaborating with senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will deliver integrated campaigns that engage customers, strengthen brands, and drive results.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create campaigns that yield measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Promote digital marketing best practices across CRM, social media, PPC, email, and website platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance marketing assets and explore new channels to grow engagement and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to suggest innovative strategies.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in multi-brand, retail, or automotive marketing, with team leadership experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across the organization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with ability to build lasting relationships.
