Representing a diverse portfolio of renowned luxury brands, Sime Motors Australia currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce across Brisbane.
In this role, you'll drive campaign execution, coordinate events and activations, and deliver premium brand experiences that align with brand standards.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll bring creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills to ensure seamless delivery across three iconic brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in automotive marketing, working with some of the world's most prestigious marques.About the Role:Assist in the development and delivery of monthly retail campaigns and tactical activity across BMW, MINI & Rolls-Royce.Coordinate creative approvals, proofing, and compliance with brand CI guidelines.Manage campaign rollouts across multiple channels including POS, social media, display, digital advertising, and eDM.Support website content management, ensuring accuracy of offers, news, and events.Create and send eDM campaigns in line with retail and brand activity, optimising for engagement and conversion.Monitor digital performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation.Ensure CRM data quality and contribute to lead management reporting.Coordinate event logistics for launches, sponsorships, and customer activations, ensuring premium brand presentation.Work with dealerships and suppliers on event execution, guest communications, RSVPs, and onsite delivery.Assist with post-event reporting and measurement.Support campaign reporting, gathering results across digital, CRM, event attendance and retail activity.Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager and stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.Build positive working relationships with Dealer Principals, Sales and Service Managers, and supplier partners.Ensure local dealership needs are supported in line with national brand direction.Liaise with external suppliers, printers, and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.About you:Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience).1–3 years' experience in a marketing support or execution role (retail or automotive exposure preferred).
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to design/digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CMS).
Experience in social media content creation, scheduling, and execution.Understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, email, CRM, paid media) with willingness to grow expertise.Organisationaland time management skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.Due to the nature of Dealership event activities, work outside normal office hours is occasionally required, including on weekends and evenings.If you are a committed individual who is genuinely interested in the Automotive Industry, then please do not hesitate to apply for this exciting role
