Lead Strategic Marketing Initiative

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on medical congresses, peer-to-peer programming, and select third-party promotional activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute congress strategies across major U.S. nephrology meetings, including booth design, logistics, and on-site activation.
  • Collaborate with Congress operations on contracting and advise on sponsorship deliverables, partnering with vendors and legal to ensure compliant execution.
  • Manage the peer-to-peer HCP engagement channel, including speaker bureau operations, development of speaker bureau slide deck(s), field training, and pull-through strategy.
  • Develop HCP derivative materials aligned to approved messaging and brand strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on third-party programming, including symposia, satellite events, and collaborative education.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and brand consistency through partnerships with external agencies and congress vendors.
