We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our team As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and providing top-notch service.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with customers and engineering teams to identify replacement heat exchangers and parts
  • Calculate pricing and generate quotations for all heat exchangers, parts, and services
  • Process purchase orders and conduct in-house sales
  • Manage customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Presentation of work on time and in a fit state for all shifts

About You:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Knowledge of imperial measurement systems
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to cope well under pressure
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace
