We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our Sydney team.

This role plays an integral part in the logistics supply chain, liaising with customers and service providers to provide information and problem solving.

The successful candidate will report to, assist and work cooperatively with the Customer Service Manager in providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, through the timely and accurate resolution of customer enquiries and complaints.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish strong relationships with customers.
  2. Transfer customer calls to appropriate team members.
  3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  4. Follow-up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
  5. Enter data into the computer system and produce reports as required.
  6. Manage client rates for autorating.
  7. Maintain and update customer details.

About You

  • Experience in customer service within the relevant industry.
  • Prior experience using CargoWise One is preferred.
