Job Title: Retail Assistant/Assistant Showroom Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Full-time Showroom Assistant at our Sydney showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the showroom, balancing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing reports and reviewing sales data, open orders, and quotes to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Fostering new client relationships, contracts, and marketing opportunities to drive growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and promoting ILS services.
  • Processing quotes, orders, and hire contracts efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Driving process efficiency, striving for continual improvement, and upholding high standards.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
  • A customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fantastic administration skills, including prioritization and organizational abilities.
  • A genuine desire to help others with your knowledge and expertise.
