Customer Service Expert Sydney

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Expert to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their storage needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain the facility to a high standard, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Support teams at our Sydney centres, covering shifts and providing backup as needed.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs, promoting our services and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
