Client Training Coordinator Job Description

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Client Training Coordinator to help our customers obtain the skills and confidence to use our platform effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training through webinars, expert hours, and one-on-one sessions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training content to meet customer needs and stay up-to-date with sector trends.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training content is accurate, accessible, and easy to use.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve shared goals and address challenges together.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver clear and helpful training during major product updates or government-mandated changes.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in early childhood education and the childcare sector or a strong understanding of CCS software.
  • Experience in software training, including CCMS or PES software, with a focus on educating diverse customers.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for clients using the company's software.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the challenges customers face when learning and adapting to new software while staying compliant.
