Main Responsibilities:
  • Own the vulnerability management process from intake through remediation, tracking, deferrals, and closure.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response for workflow management, SLA tracking, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports (ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel) showcasing progress, backlog, and risk posture.
  • Analyze data from CrowdStrike, Qualys, and ServiceNow to identify trends, prioritize remediation, and escalate issues.
  • Lead governance sessions ensuring stakeholders align on progress and priorities.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Vulnerability Response module. They also require a solid understanding of vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, CrowdStrike, or similar.
