Vulnerability Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Vulnerability Management Professional to oversee the entire vulnerability management process, from intake through remediation, tracking, deferrals, and closure.
About the OpportunityThis high-impact role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of security frameworks and service management best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Vulnerability Response module, as well as solid understanding of vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, CrowdStrike or similar.
- Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports (ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel) that give clear visibility into progress, backlog, and risk posture.
- The successful candidate will leverage data from various sources, identify trends, prioritize remediation and escalate issues.
- Frequent governance sessions will be held to ensure stakeholders are aligned on progress and priorities.
- The position also involves managing and resolving remediation blockers, documenting and managing vulnerability-related risks, issues, and deferrals.
- A critical component of this role is providing central point of contact for vulnerability updates, audit requests, and compliance reporting.
