The first aid officer role is a key position at our water park, responsible for providing medical assistance to guests and staff. The successful candidate will have current first aid certification, a working with children check, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to ill or injured employees, contractors, and guests
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee medical conditions and allergies
  • Complete all reporting in a timely manner and investigate accidents/incidents as necessary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team. As a first aid officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests and staff who require medical attention. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our park remains a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and have a high level of physical fitness. You will also need to be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
