Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a high-performing leader to oversee a portfolio of venues across Regional Victoria. This role involves driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and building high-performing teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Venue Managers to deliver like-for-like sales growth and shape quarterly sales strategies.
- Promote exceptional service, embed best-practice SOPs, and audit venues monthly to maintain a 4.5+ star rating.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, focusing on progression through our Advance programs.
- Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are achieved across your area.
- Be on the ground with your teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.
- Demonstrated multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of elevating sales performance.
- A people-focused leader who builds trust, develops talent, and drives accountability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
